Cancellation policy

Pre-order items are charged at the time the order is placed and will be dispatched once they become available.

If you wish to request cancellation of a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@taylahmadeco.com.au. Once production or order preparation has commenced, cancellations due to change of mind may not be accepted.

If Taylah Made Co is unable to fulfil your pre-order, you will be contacted and provided with a full refund for the unavailable item.

Orders containing both ready-to-ship and pre-order items will be dispatched together once all items are available. Please place separate orders if you would like ready-to-ship items sent sooner.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
