• Include at least one front-facing photo showing their chest, full head and ears.

• Choose a well-lit image, preferably taken in natural light.

• Make sure your pet’s eyes and facial features are clearly visible.

• An uncluttered background is helpful but not essential.

• Avoid blurry, dark, heavily filtered or highly zoomed-in images.

• Please avoid screenshots or photos downloaded from social media, as these may be lower quality.

If your photos aren’t suitable for creating a clear portrait, we’ll contact you before beginning your design.
